My Baby is developed by Aleksei Neiman. This policy explains what data the app handles and where it goes.
Your baby's data stays with youEverything you record in the app about your baby — including notes and photos — is stored
locally on your device.
The app keeps automatic backups of your diary in
your personal iCloud (iCloud Drive). If you enable sync or family sharing, data is also synced through your iCloud account (Apple CloudKit) and shared only with family members you invite. It never passes through our servers — we don't have any — and we have no access to it. Its security is governed by your Apple ID and
Apple’s iCloud privacy terms.
We do not use your baby's data for analysis, advertising, or anything else. We simply never receive it.
Usage statistics and diagnosticsTo improve the app and fix bugs, we use third-party analytics and crash reporting services (currently Google Firebase). They receive technical data such as:
— which features are used — never what you enter in them;
— crash reports (device model, OS version, error codes).
To make the app's predictions and smart features better over time, we may also use anonymized, aggregated quality indicators computed on your device — never the records themselves.
This data is
not linked to your name, identity, or your baby's profile — the app has no accounts or registration. Firebase identifies installations by a random identifier and processes your IP address when data is transmitted; see
Google’s privacy policy for details.
We do not show third-party ads and do not sell or share data with anyone for marketing purposes. The app may suggest our other apps — this involves no tracking.
Children’s privacyThe app is intended for parents. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; records you keep about your baby remain on your device and in your iCloud, as described above.
SupportIf you contact us for help, we only use the information you choose to send us to resolve your issue.
SecurityWe rely on Apple and Google infrastructure to protect data in transit and storage. Still, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
ChangesWe may update this policy; the current version is always available at this page.
